PCLender Web Services
PCLender customers have several options for integrating data from the InHouse Mortgage database to other applications. Our tools enable data export/imports, unattended data exports, user-generated data exports, and easy connections to third-party reporting products. These options are secure because access to the database is gained through the InHouse Mortgage platform.
Lender options include:
PCConnect:
Customers or vendors who would like to build an integration to export or import data to or from InHouse Mortgage to an external database can do so using our Web services product, PCConnect. PCConnect allows for direct export of InHouse Mortgage data, and data importing is supported via FNMA 3.2, MISMO, or other InHouse Mortgage files.
InHouse Mortgage exports:
Searches can be set up within InHouse Mortgage and exported to standard formats such as ASCII, Comma Delimited, dBase, Paradox, HMDA, and Excel. These exports can be executed either from within InHouse Mortgage by an authorized end user, or on an unattended basis using a batch file and a scheduler program.
Reporting:
PCLender provides a flexible custom reporting engine via ADO driver, allowing you to integrate your own company-specific reports. We recommend Crystal Report, which has become the industry-standard tool for designing custom reports.
