Training
PCLender's primary objective is to ensure that our customers become adept and efficient in the use of InHouse Mortgage from day one. We accomplish this by delivering a thorough curriculum that emphasizes quality processes and productivity for three training components:
- User training for specific roles including origination, processing/underwriting, closing, secondary marketing, and management/reporting
- Administrator training to ensure that your team has the right balance of customization and maintenance requirements
- Trainer training for long-term internal support and company growth objectives
Training is conducted on-site, via online meetings, and in prerecorded videos that capture InHouse Mortgage's most frequently asked questions. Additionally, users and administrators are provided with reference material that is available online twenty-four hours a day. Our training modules address the needs of all users from loan origination through processing, underwriting, closing, secondary marketing, and reporting/management requirements. An initial schedule is part of the implementation project plan, and once a customer goes live, free online classroom training is provided on a monthly basis.
