Addition of executive with record of leading rapid growth increases the company’s position as a developer of SaaS-based mortgage solutions for credit unions, banks and mortgage bankers

Honolulu, June 1, 2010: - PCLender.com, Inc. © a provider of enterprise mortgage software, today announced Cy Brinn will be joining the firm in the role of chief operating officer, effective June 7th. Brinn is best known in the industry as the president of GHR Systems who led the lending technology vendor’s growth from $2 million in revenue to $38 million and engineered its sale to Metavante for $65 million.

As chief operating officer, Brinn will oversee all aspects of PCLender.com’s day-to-day operations. Cy Brinn most recently held the position of principal at private equity investment firm Vital Financial. Prior to that, he spent 11 years leading GHR Systems, the last four of which occurred after its acquisition by Metavante in 2005. He has held various positions in the mortgage and financial services sector since 1986.
